Seems that with "free trade" between Canada and the US, cars older than a
certain age (am unsure of year but most lbcs are very likely to qualify)
can be imported duty-free. Advice from the customs people should be
sought, though, to avoid unpleasant surprises.
The Canuk buyer will also have to make sure it has a block heater and snow
tires :>
