Thanks Mike, I think it came out in one piece... I will measure tonight to make sure. The taper pin was in VERY tight and I think that hole in the clutch shaft has been distorted and is rubbing on the internal surface of the fork base. Once I get it past the center point I hope it gets easier. I have only mananged an inch so far after about an hour of trying. Do think the fork could break if continue to do what I described.
