What you'd have to do is adapt the door posts so that there was a third
(or fourth) door to allow the 3 rear passengers to get in & out, much like
how those newfangled truck doors work. Then they'd have no problem
getting in and out. And they could probably tuck their feet behind their
ears and their head in front of their ankles: both problems solved!
