Just a quick update on my TR4 front valance installation.

I just finished reinstalling the upper valance.  After practicing some plug 
welds on scrap metal with the MIG welder I felt confident enough to 
attempt welding it in place.  I had a little trouble on the first side that I 
welded which I found out was due to the primer paint that was on the 
valance itself.  On the other side I scraped the paint away and the welds 
came out a lot better.  Using the self darkening helment sure helped also.  
Being able to see and hold the tip right where you want it before pulling the 
trigger also helps a great deal.  Maybe a pro could do it without the self 
darkening hood by I probably couldn't!

I'm in the process now of trying to fit the TRF replacement lower valance.  
I'll post the details on that after I complete that part.
