Ok Gentlemen,
A seious question posed on behalf of one of my work colleagues:

This chap's son wants a new cam for his Spit 1500, and was supposed to
get a Mk3 profile as his Christmas present(!) after several
recommendations. However John Kipping is unable to supply these until
well into the new year.
His other option is a John Hill "Mild Road" cam. Anyone out there got
experience of this in a 1500 (UK spec)? Or alternatively, any other
recommendations for a road cam? Bear in mind this car is not meant to be
a fire breathing, nothing below 4500rpm dabbling box, but something that
can still be safely driven round Sainsburys car park!

I'll forward any advice to the chap concerned,
        Cheers,
                Bill.
