I bought his TR2/3/3a from Barnes & Nobles, and I bought the TR4/5/6 book
from Bayview books in the UK (signed by Bill himself - that was a deal
supposedly for Triumph Register members (which I am)). I just emailed them
my visa info (and requested the autographed version) to
bayview@bayview.co.uk.
I know that Amazon.com has them both, but the morons data entry'd his name
in incorrectly.
