13 Alloy wheels?

While at Road Atlanta I spied a set of alloy wheels that looked exactly
like the alloy wheels on my Stag...but they were 13".  They were being
used as weight to hold down the guys canopy over the race car.

I had tried to locate the owner several times on Saturday, but he was
never around.  I had planned to leave a note on Sunday, but he had
already left.

My question...did the 2000 or 2.5 sedan have 13 inch alloy that looked
like the Stag alloy?  Anything else use it?
