dave, on your problem for compressing springs with no weight on the frame. i just completed the same exercise to remove my shocks. -insert the spring and the shock in thier proper spots -put your floor jack under the wishbone (fully lowered) -wrap a chain around the upper support and under the jack -raise jack until everything is compressed and in position -attach your shock should work slick Jim King TR4A's -1965: CT54806 Jake CTC57576 Elwood http://member.aol.com/jkingnyy/tr6.html |
