TR 4's spotted?

I just got back from lunch and I spotted 2 separate TR4's (I think) across
town from each other.  They were both green, one with a black top, the
other with a tan top and red lines.  Pretty unusual siteing with in 10
minutes.  The weather is still good here, expecting snow for Halloween of
course.  Do these belong to anyone on the list?
