Oil Pressure Relief Valve (?)

Dear Listers --

I'm attempting to diagnose low oil pressure readings on Sybill.  Is it
just a matter of brute force (SIC), to get the thing to move ?  And, is
it a 1" ?  That appears to be the measurement.

Any input is greatly appreciated :-)

Drove Sybill to the office :-))))
