Either. Carburetor is the spelling for the American dialect of English.
Carburettor is the British spelling. 

The word comes from the verb "to carburet"  meaning " to combine or mix with
carbon or hydrocarbons, so as to increase avaiable fuel energy."  (from the
French verb "carbure".)  Cheers.
