That is why the XKs Unlimited new work-alike thermostat for the
XK 120, 140 can work for the Tr2,3,4.  I thought that the exchange
was a "pretty good" match, rather than the same part.

Since these thermostats are not available from routine
manufacturers, I wonder what those "a lot of others" are
doing for new thermostats.  Non-skirted, I guess.
