George, Michael, and the list;

I bought an Amco top from Moss, via The British Parts Connection. The Amco
top comes with the tenax fasteners already installed. All I had to do was
attach the lift-the-dot fasteners around the cockpit rail. I guess the Amco
folks thought since the windscreen frames were a tapped for the tenax posts
at the factory, they should all be the same. Mine fits like a charm.

This applies to the Post TS22004 cars, the TR3A/B. Variations on the
fastener type exist for the earlier cars.

The other trick worth mentioning about TR hoods is to not attach the
rearmost hoodstick to the webbing. When erecting the hood, leave that
rearmost hoodstick folded forward, so the hood will be much easier to
stretch to attach teh lift-the-dots. Once you are all buttoned up, slide
that rear stick back into position, and the hood goes taunt, and looks super.

Would be happy to snap a few pictures and email to Michael and George. The
rest of the list, well, if there is interest maybe Ken Streeter can post
them at the VTR website.
