Mike, I know it's one of the most overlooked maintenance items, but I change my differential fluid every 2 or 3 years. Like any lubricating fluid, it is subjected to heat and stress under load and will eventually break down. Look for metal chips while you've got you're fingers in the oil........that should tell you something about the condition of the diff. Bob Stahlbush 60 TR-3 66 MGB |
