I'm trying to help out my son and daughter in law on a used car purchase.
There's a web site where you can put in a vehicle Identification Number and
get the whole history of the car........ no charge. I used it a few months
ago but can't find it now. It's a free site as opposed to all the pay sites
that the search engines turn up. Does anyone have the URL?
