Old message I know (yes, I'm cleaning this e-mail file right now)... but just removed and sttripped down my cars interior and took a close look at the hoodsticks (and a whole lotta other things). My earlier car had hoodsticks painted the body color - white. At some point they were (poorly) sprayed black, along with the entire midnight blue interior. I'm about to have them powder coated - black.
