It is listed in the TR4 Parts Catalog, but not illustrated. The page
number may vary depending on what edition (or reprint) you have. In mine
it is on page 2 of the Engine section:

Its purpose is to prevent the engine from rocking excessively. If you
don't have one, or if it is misadjusted, or if the rubber bushing is
deteriorated, that could be the cause of your under-hood knocking.
