steering resulted in a change of direction. The dealer had a word for it.
(Positive Steering) The turns , lock to lock are 2 1/4, an MGB 3turns, a 59
Chevy 4. These figures explain  the tightness and the darting. It is a car
that you must drive with both hands on the steering most of the time.
Although my car is not nearly as tight now, anyone who drives it has the
same commets about the steering as you described.
