Definitely not. This is the worst stuff to put ANYWHERE on you car. On
tires it looks good until you drive it ....then it picks up dust.

Never a good idea to put it on paint.

NEVER NEVER put it on seats or steering wheels. It may look good but it
acts as a lubricant. Your ability to drive precisely and thereby, safely
is compromised by a slippery seat and/or wheel.

The best place to put this stuff is in the hazardous waste depot.
