Faq evolution

I've updated the FAQ.  Not a lot, but I started a table of tire (and
wheel) data.  I will probably do another update today or tonight, but only
to fill in the blanks on the table.

In other news, I'm off the Nova-Lexin, so I can start doing jobs other
than painting and measuring on the TR4.  I've decided to cut short the
restoration, and just patch the front fender with fiberglass (after
treating the rust)... otherwise it will be November before I can drive it.
