BSW refers to Whitworth; BS/BSF is British Standard/BS Fine. Those are
rather archaic nut/bolt/thread sizes, not used much after World War II.
MGs and some others did use some of these at least through the 1950s, but
virtually all Standard and Triumph cars built after World War II used SAE
sizes ALMOST exclusively (some exceptions can be found on SU carburetors,
etc.)
SAE should be fine for your car. However, some Triumphs in the 1970s began
to use some metric fittings particularly in the braking systems, so you
may or may not need a metric flare wrench or two.
