Michael:
First, are you sure that the cable is for a TR4..The Cable attaches to
the left side of the transmission runs up the space between engine and master
brake/clutch cylinders, enters the firewall to the left of the tachometer
cable to the guage. You shouyld have sufficient play tto form a slight loop
outside the firewall.
