Hi Elizabeth,
You know, I never thought of the fact that we all (well, most of us anyway)
wear some kind of cap when driving an LBC with top off. I sure do as well.
I just wasn't considering LBC's when I wrote my Law of Bad Drivers.
OK, new stipulation: LBC drivers NOT included! Offenders (old guys
wearing hats doing 25 mph in a 55 zone, with a line of 8 cars behind them
that can't pass) are usually driving a beat up Ford Escort or Chevy
Cavalier.

And another rider must also be added. My husband needs to protect his
pate, so in the Texas Hill Country, hats are a must, at least for those
people not endowed with a full head of hair. Especially in this blistering
weather.
