Bruce, Had the same problem with the Spitfire. I purchased the kit and installed it myself. This did not solve the problem. The local brit mechanic hoaned(sp) the inside of the mc and it works fine now. I'm not sure if there is a tool you can purchase to bring about the same results......Maybe other listers know.
