I suspect several bottles of Wyndham Estate TR2 wine would be apropriate,
red or white depending on the color of the interior! You gotta watch out
for the bones though, they flake into little pieces easily and you could
choke. Deboning is easier if you get an example that has had a lot of salt
in its diet.
