Yes, I did hone the cylinder. Thought I did a decent enough job, but I knew it 
was
going to be marginal and  as it turns out I should have come off some cash and 
had it
re-sleeved. I've promised to  a) drive it more and  b.) change the brake fluid 
like
every 2 years -  I might have avoided this problem. I've rebuilt a lot of 
clutch,
master and wheel cylinders and this is the first one to leak, so I guess my 
record
isn't all that bad.  :)  I'll stop kicking myself and do the job right this 
time.
