Thanks to all that responded to my query.  Consensus is go for the gusto
and take the arm off the car...don't try pressing out bushings while the
arm is still somewhat attached to the frame.  Once off use the old
slightly smaller socket on one side and slightly larger socket on the
other....clamp the sockets with a large c clamp and proceed to squeeze,
grunt and grown the old bushing into the larger socket.  A yeah...don't
forget the Vaseline..........
