I think you misunderstood!

That was a 12 step program for beating the addiction to Triumphs, not
restoring them.

You as much as many others should be infinitely qualified to write such
an article.  I suggest putting your article together and submitting it
to the list for critique'.  That way we can all plagiarize your efforts.
