Hi, Pete, POA can mean lots of things, like.... Part Overhauled Alternator Plated Overriders Attached Polished On Asphalt Pigs On Acid But really, it means EXPENSIVE. The dealers using this term probably think it means exclusive but whichever way you cut it, they're trying to push the price. I call this pretentious; why not just say 'offers'.
