Can't help jumping in: If it runs, drive it! I am aiming to get the Mk.
1 Spit to the AFBM in Portland on Labor Day (there'll be lots of this to
get it there:-)), and it will look like h*ll. But after 20 years off
the road, what do you expect? I do not intend to miss out on summer
driving just because I won't have time for a frame off (something which
I will NEVER do)! do the hydraulics, drop in my Mk. 2 engine, patch
some cancer (for appearance sake :-)), and bob's your uncle!
