Subject: Wanting British Cycles

I'm interested in buying any Triumph, norton BSA or other interesting
cycles in
any condition.

Go to http://www.traderonline.com/cycle/search/index.shtml

and you can search for any type of bike you want. If you look for Brit
bikes, you quickly come across someplace in Marne, Iowa that seems to
have a lot of Brit bikes for sale.

Out of curiosity, I went up there last weekend to have a look. They sell
they new ones, too, but they have a back room of probably 100 used bikes
in various states and all are for sale. You can pretty much specify what
model you are looking for if it is BSA, Triumph, or Norton. They also
have a lot of NOS and remanufactured parts so, if you buy an old Brit
Bike, you'll be giving them some money sooner or later.

The place is Baxter Cycle of Marne, Iowa. It is 4 miles south of I-80
between Omaha and Des Moines.
