Seat Belts

I am replacing my worn and faded seat belts in my TR4A.  I have elected to
go with 3 point belts and am wondering if any one can tell me where on the
rear wheel arch the mounting goes.  Also, does anyone have the nut plates
for the shoulder point?  Sections of Wheel well cut from a donor car would
work great - I could then use these as a template.  Any other templates
would be greatly appreciated.
