torque=TORQUE=torque, are all bearings installed correctly, is the slot 
in proper location, was the crank turned during rebuild,are they the 
correct size bearings, did you mark each bearing during dismantling. This 
is a lot to think of but she should not be hard to turn as a matter of 
fact you should be able to turn by hand.
