New Triumphs lists?

There's not a lot around here where I live except hills, sheep - and the
occasional Japanese tourist looking for a fried seaweed breakfast. What's
more, I think I've missed out on an announcement from Majordomo about this
list being broken into smaller components. Can anyone tell me what's going
on and what I've got to do to get on the new lists?
