Importation of British Cars

To Those In The Know - I live in Canada and recently had an
inquiry from a friend in the US who wanted to purchase a
restored 75 TVR from me - the car has spent its entire life
in Canada.  An EPA sticker is attached to the car.  Could
someone please let me know what is involved for him to import
the car from Canada.
