Good morning/afternoon or evening Listers,
Last March my father passed away. He too was a car enthusiast. His
interest wasn't british cars, but rather Mercedez and/or Peugeots.
I recently received his ashes from Duke University and have been giving
thought to a well cleaned car part instead of the traditional urn.
This isn't a joke. Anyone who knew my father and walked into my house
and saw a Mercedez or Peugeot part on the mantle would know it was in
memory of him.
I have thought about this for myself as well and putting the request in
my will. May be a chrome valve cover or something...
Anyway, if anyone has seen heard or thought about anything like this, I
would like to hear any thoughts or ideas.
