You are right of course. I had priced a sender from Moss .. 10 bucks.
The local auto parts house wanted $25 but had to order it.
Part of the fun of my LBC is the "rigorous testing" thing. Once I become
knowledgeable enough, _I_ could be the next Dan Masters!!!! :>/
Since no one on the List got back to me with an exact resistance reading on
a working sender, I just ordered a new one. I'll measure it and become
the authority. :)
PS, did your Smiths senders go as suddenly as mine?
