I think John Kipping here in the UK has them new, although it depends on what
piece exactly you require, the switch itself is about 10-15 quid I think, the
plastic gearknob top that the switch screws to is about 4 quid, and I can't
remember if the actual metal part is available or not.  Try looking on his web
