I have just made a new perchace of a Vacume gadge, it's
from the right period, the last in the shop. It also
looks the same as Smiths gadges, although it's not made
by them.

I have with it a fixing kit, this includes a 1/4 BSF
gizomo to put into the manifold. I have the UK manifold
for dule SU's and wan't to know the best place to put this.

I have two options, tap the valume advance and run it from just
one carb, or tap it half way along the carburetter manifold
interconnects.

Has anyone ever fitted this before, any coments and sugestions?

I got the meter cheaper because it had a chrome surround, and
contained no plastic
