Head cleanup.

Now that the head is off the car, I am curious as to what I can do to get
rid of some of the carbon deposits. I'm not interested in rebuilding/porting
the head yet, there's still plenty of life there, I just want to clean her
up a bit.  Are there any products that will help dissolve the carbon?  TIA
