Pop some oil in it, and re-run the test. 1. If it's the same compression, then it's brobebly the cylinder head blown(not in this case), or the valves leaking. 2. If it's better, then it's getting past the piston. If so, guess what your looking at :-( Good luck, and I hope all you have to do is re-grind the valves.
