Hi Bobby:
Just to prepare you, the winter parts sale always seems to deplete inventory
significantly. On January 26th, I ordered nearly $800 worth of parts for my
TR6; about $120 worth in stock, the remainder on backorder. Some have trickled
in since then, so I probably won't end up too frustrated. So, patience,
patience,....
In answer to your specific question, if the car is "original" and not previously
restored, I would always replace all bushings, brake hoses, brake parts (as
required), wheel bearings, and from there, you really need to assess the
condition of specific assemblies. Just my $.02 worth.
