I have an aftermarket steering wheel in the TR4. As it says "Made In France" on the hub adapter I suspect it's a Formuling. It's bolted onto the adapter with 9 bolts. They don't quite look right; they are hex drive but socket head (a la wood screw)- and the holes in the wheel are not countersunk! Anyone know the 'bolt of choice' for a steering wheel? I'm thinking round-head, hex drive, black (or chrome) bolts. Is there a "preferred type" that I'm not aware of? -Malcolm |
