The machine shop called to let me know the engine rebuild was going along fine, except... Upon scrutinizing the head, it appears to be cracked between the 2 valves on cylinder 6. The machine shop offered to repair the head as no suitable cores where availalable. It is a reputable shop we have been doing business for years, they offer an unlimited warranty on the repair(!), anybody had succesfull experience with such a problem? rick 72 TR6 |
