You just have to sympathise with the driver of a convertible (sic) Triumph
Spitfire:
who spotted a youth standing on a bridge, apparently drunk.
the driver concerned was trundling towards a small traffic jam and noticed the
man unzipping his trousers and adopting the "urinating position". Fearing the
worst, he accelerated to avoid the inevitable downpour, but went straight
into the back of another car, which had a sunroof and had stopped for the same
reason. Sadly, somebody had to take the blame and since the youth ran off, it
had to be the Spitfire owner. Not a bad excuse, though.
