A Twat is the bloke that pulles out in front of you whist you are going up a steep long hill, (like the one my (Oxford) side of Glouster, burdlip?) and wonders why he can't accelerate very well, whilst you are deturmined to not loose any speed:-) You will then excalim Twat, whist slapping your fourhead, with the palm of your hand.
