I installed polyurethane bushings from British Parts Northwest in both
areas (as well as all the other bushings on the car). Very happy with
the results so far (~ 500 miles, and currently parked for the winter).
Only down side is squeaking (especially when cold). I understand
anti-seize compound would have prevented this but it is too late for
me...
I noticed Moss now has even fancier poly bushings in a cool red and
black color scheme. Mine are all black.
