Gianluca, Paul Newman did race a TR6 and won the 1976 SCCA D-production championship. He bought the car for $15,000 from Group 44 after they had won the 1975 championship with it. Newman's racing organization was based in Connecticut (USA) and was called "Ole Blue". This information is from the book "The Triumph TR5/250 and TR6 Companion" by Steven Rossi and Ian Clarke. Rod.
