        Had the same problem on my '71. Fixed it. And now my '72 has the parking
        problem. There's a part near the wiper motor that wears down over
the years.
        On the wiper gear, there's a piece of pastic, that when it makes one
full
        rotation, it forces a swith to go in the off position. This works in
        conjunction with the main wiper switch on the dash. The price of
        the swith is about $40 from Moss and labor is about 1-2 hours.
