The same problem occurred when I tired to access their web page in early
October. I sent them an order by fax in mid-October, told them about the
problem and asked for further information. The goods arrived but there was
no response to the web site problem.
This was discussed on the list a few weeks ago without any resolution.
Someone in the UK could give them a call and suggest that they may be
losing a lot of customers.
